Stoïk Acquires CyberContract

Founded in 2014 by Katrien Dom, Koen Druyts, Koen Hees, and Maarten Dom, CyberContract has established itself as a market leader in Flanders, Belgium, insuring over 1,000 companies through a network of 150 partner brokers. This acquisition allows Stoïk, already present in France, Germany, Austria, Spain, and Luxembourg, to enter the Belgian market efficiently.

Jules Veyrat, CEO of Stoïk, highlighted the seamless nature of the acquisition process.
